The Breville Custom Loaf is a high-performance bread maker that offers an unusual degree of flexibility. Not only does it feature over 13 automatic programs, it includes nine custom settings that let you add and store your personal bread recipes. The automatic programs in the Custom Loaf include: gluten free, yeast free, crusty loaf, dough/pasta, and jam; plus there are three crust color options available, along with your choice of four loaf sizes, ranging from 1/2-lb. to 2.5 lbs. The intuitive controls are displayed on an LCD panel and let you monitor progress all through the bread making and baking process. You can even set a time when you want your bread to be ready, and the Custom Loaf will make it happen. The Custom Loaf features a unique kneading blade that folds in before baking takes place to better allow your dough to expand, and it features a dispenser that automatically mixes in nuts, chips or fruit if desired.
