Cangshan Kuro 6” Chef’s Knife

The distinctive Kura series of knives from Cangshan blends innovative materials, timeless design, a sleek aesthetic and exceptional performance. The full-tang blades are made from 67-layer Damascus steel in a process that gives each knife blade it’s unique and bold appearance. Kura knives are rated at 60 on the Rockwell hardness scale, and come to you hand-sharpened to a precise, razor edge. The handles on Kura knives are made of fiberglass and are shaped and balanced to feel comfortable and secure in your hand. The handles feature a dark-grey, faux wood-grain finish and a single mosaic rivet. Each Kura knife comes with its own grey wood magnetic sheath sized and shaped to fit.
