Casaware Bake & Cover Set

This is a great pairing from Casaware, a BIG 15" x 10" x 3" deep baking pan, and a cover that doubles as a sheet pan or cookie sheet. The baking pan is perfect for lasagna and will accommodate a 20-lb. turkey. The cover features a surface area of 14" x 9.5", ideal for everything you can do in a sheet pan.

Distinctive Casaware bakeware is made of even-heating carbon steel, sealed with two coats of an easy-release, non-stick ceramic finish. Cakes drop out of the pan, water beads up and rolls off; Casaware gives you incredibly easy release of baked goods without potentially toxic non-stick coatings. The silicate/glass-based ceramic non-stick finish is cadmium, lead, PFOA, PTFE, PFOS and PFAS Free, and derived from quartz sand, a chemically inert mineral. Plus, the speckled red finish just looks great. Casaware bakeware is oven-safe to 450°. We recommend hand washing; Casaware cleans up so easily.
