There are simple pre-sets for ice cream, gelato, frozen yogurt, and sorbet. And, you can choose from three levels of firmness: soft, medium and hard, letting you create ice cream just the way you like it. With additional pre-sets for mixing and keeping cool, the Freeze Ease Pro makes perfect results easy. Everything is controlled by and displayed on a large LCD screen that features a screen lock to prevent accidental changes to your program, and there's cord storage on the back to help keep your counter tidy.
