The convenient BarBFork from Maverick helps you grill meat of all kinds to perfection, and handle meat easily both on and off the grill. Temperature sensors in the heavy-duty, stainless-steel tines of the fork accurately read the internal temperature of grilling meat from 32° F to 212° F. Readings are displayed on the backlit LCD screen that's easy to read, even in low light. The BarBFork features pre-programmed temperature settings for chicken, pork, beef, veal, lamb, and turkey, along with multiple doneness levels so you can grill to everyone's tastes. An audible beep signals when your food has reached your chosen doneness level, and there's even a meat-doneness chart on the back of the thermometer to provide quick reference.
