The scissors cutting action leaves toppings in place while you cut, then a gentle squeeze captures the slice for lifting and serving. Unlike using a rolling pizza wheel, the spatula base protects non-stick baking surfaces from cuts and lets you cut slices directly on a baking stone without damaging the cutting edges of the scissors. The stainless steel blades easily come apart for sharpening and lock closed for safe storage. The Scizza is dishwasher safe and measures 12.6" long.
