Fellow Opus 2 Burr Coffee Grinder

Fellow's Opus 2 is a precision electric burr coffee grinder for every method of coffee brewing. The Opus 2 prepares beans for everyone in your home, no matter what they're brewing: espresso, cappuccino, pour-over, cold brew, French press, electric drip, Aeropress...it doesn't matter, the Opus 2 can handle it. It features large, 48mm, stainless-steel, conical burrs designed to grind efficiently and evenly, helping reduce excess heat and preserve the flavor of your coffee. Grind adjustments are handled by a smooth, stepless side dial with clear markings, designed for precise espresso adjustments as well as for quick shifts to coarser brew methods. An integrated ionizer minimizes static buildup during grinding (a big help!), minimizing clinging grounds and keeping your counter cleaner. Another nifty feature is an internal impeller that helps move grounds through the grinder, so you get your full measured dose, without old, stale grounds carrying over from a previous grind. And, the Opus 2 shuts off automatically when your specified grinding is completed.

The Opus 2 grinds up to 100 grams at a time, and comes with two catch bins: a 100-gram standard bin and a 30-gram espresso bin that's compatible with 54 mm and 58 mm portafilters. You get a magnetic cleaning brush and a design from Fellow that features tool-free access to the burrs as well as straightforward internal components that are designed for cleaning and long-term care. There's a 2-year warranty from Fellow that can be extended. The Opus 2 burr grinder measures 8.1" × 5.1" × 10.5" tall and weighs just over 5 lbs.
