GreenPan 5" Mini Frypan

GreenPan invented the PFAS-free non-stick cooking surface. This diamond-infused ceramic coating is PFAS and PFOA free, and it's made from a material derived from beach sand, so there’s no risk of producing harmful fumes. It's slick to start with and it stays that way, even if you use metal utensils. Food, even eggs, just slides right out of the pans. And, if you don't want to simply wipe it out when done, your GreenPan skillet will go right in the dishwasher.

Crafted from aluminum. the Greenpan mini 5" frypan heats quickly and evenly on gas and electric stovetops (not for magnetic induction stovetops). It's perfect for an egg, a pancake or a cheeseburger. The stay-cool, silicone-wrapped handle means you can cook with hot pads, and clean up is easy in the dishwasher, although hand washing will prolong the life of the pan. Siliconen or wood utensils are recommend for use with the pan.  Oven safe to 350° F.
