The sloped walls make for easy stirring without fear of ingredients getting stuck in corners, while the large, deep volume allows for the building of flavor in sauce-based dishes, or the ability to deep-fry treats like samosas. A flat base means ingredients have complete contact with the cooking surface, perfect for sears and sautes. 3-qt. capacity, 10.5” diameter (14.5” through the handles), 3.25” high. The Made In kadai is made in Thailand out of 5 layers of clad metals, featuring a pure aluminum core for rapid, uniform heat conduction. The cooking surface and the exterior are stainless steel. Made In stainless-steel cookware performs superbly on gas, electric, magnetic induction, and ceramic stovetops, and is oven-safe to 800° F. It's also dishwasher safe.
