Made In Tom Colicchio Carbon Steel Frying Pan

Designed in partnership with chef Tom Colicchio, this 11" carbon steel frypan recreates Colicchio's favorite pan, which he purchased from Zabar’s in the 1980s. After 18 months of product development and 3D scanning of Colicchio's actual, veteran frypan, this recreation emerged, made in Sweden of 2.5mm-thick carbon steel, with a pure brass handle. It's half the weight of cast iron but every bit as durable—so it seasons faster, responds quicker, and is rugged enough for your grill or open flame. This pan is oven-safe to 1200° F and naturally non stick, and performs beautifully on gas, electric and magnetic induction stovetops. Lifetime warranty from Made In against defects, hand wash only.
