Mamma Maria's Mezzaluna

Made in Italy, this classic mezzaluna, or half-moon, is ideal for chopping garlic, herbs, fruit, vegetables, and leafy greens, and for cutting pizza and block chocolate. Simply rock the blade side-to-side to chop tender items such as greens and herbs, and use an up-and-down motion to chop denser foods, continuing until you achieve your desired texture. The stainless-steel blade measures 9.5" and the twin beech handles provide a secure, comfortable grip. Hand wash only.
