Opinel No.09 Folding Oyster Knife

Unique in its design, this French-made folding oyster knife was designed to safely stow away, making it easy to carry - whether it’s on a boat, or in your pocket as you head to the beach. With a short, robust 2.5” stainless-steel blade, the unique design centers the knife’s axis to facilitate easy oyster opening. Thanks to the Virobloc locking ring, it will stay closed when you want it to, and open when you need it to. The knife features a blunted blade with a sharp tip, specific to oyster shucking. The padouk wood handle is resistant to swelling, and utilized for its ability to hold up well in humid or wet environments. 7.2” long overall when open.
