OXO Egg Separator

Sometimes it's the little things, like separating eggs, that can drive you crazy. That's why we've welcomed this simple, but incredibly effective, egg separator from those clever folks at OXO. It hooks onto the side of most any mixing bowl, thick rim or thin. Crack an egg into the separator using the separator's perfect egg-cracking edge; the whites slide out into your mixing bowl through slots in the bottom of the separator, leaving the yolk behind along with any bits of the shell.
