Stainless-Steel Water Bath Canner

This BIG canner has a capacity of 20 qts. and features a triple-layer, aluminum-sandwich bottom for rapid heat conduction on any stovetop, including magnetic induction. The lid is made of tempered glass and features a steam vent. Inside is a stainless-steel rack that holds up to 7 quart or pint jars in the optimal position for hot water circulation. The rack hooks onto the rim of the canner for easy jar loading and unloading and has large handles for easy lifting. This impressive canner also makes a great, super-large stockpot. It measures 13” in diameter and 16” tall and is dishwasher safe, as is the lid.
