Bamboo is naturally anti-microbial and 16-percent harder than maple, yet is easy on your fine knives. Totally Bamboo uses organically grown Moso bamboo, so you need not worry about harmful pesticides or fertilizers. plus this bamboo is not a food source, or a habitat, for the Giant Panda. We recommend that you hand wash bamboo boards and occasionally use Bamboo Revitalizing Oil to extend the life and keep them looking beautiful.
