Sugar Saver Harriet Hedgehog

Keep Harriet the hedgehog in your brown sugar and the sugar will stay soft for up to 6 months. Made of high-fired terra cotta, Harriet keeps brown sugar uniformly moist and soft. Just soak Harriet in cold water for 15 minutes, pat dry, then place in your brown sugar container. Harriet will evenly distribute moisture over a period of time. Hand wash without soap. 2.5" x 2".
