This set from Nordic Ware is certainly versatile: it's a cookie sheet and a cooling rack, a roasting pan with an elevated oven rack, and a good old sheet pan. The 16.3" x 11.3" (interior dimensions) pan is a full 1" deep and made of aluminum for rapid and uniform heat conduction. The rack is made of steel and features a non-stick surface for easy clean up. We recommend hand washing to preserve the finishes. Made in the U.S.
