Spectrum knifes are Zwilling’s sharpest, most advanced cutlery yet. Forged from a single piece of special-formula, high-carbon stainless steel, Spectrum knives feature a precision-honed, 25° edge, a smaller angle that enhances sharpness and precision cutting. Each knife features a curved, demi-bolster that allows for a comfortable pinch grip, and lets you hone and sharpen the full length of the blade. Spectrum handles are made from jute Micarta, layers of fabric that are impregnated with resin and cured, creating a distinctive lattice appearance and providing a comfortable, secure grip. A distinctive stainless-steel end cap adds to the sophisticated look. Spectrum knives are made in Germany using a process that reduces by half the CO2 emissions from steel-making.
