Zyliss Signature Cheese Plane

Designed to create thin, even slices from semi-hard and hard cheeses, the Signature cheese plane from Zyliss glides smoothly through cheeses such as Comté, Cheddar, Gruyère, Edam, Swiss, and Monterey Jack. The slim blade design allows slices to release cleanly as you cut, making it easier to achieve uniform thickness for sandwiches, burgers, and cheese boards without crumbling or excessive waste. It's made of stainless steel, is safe in the dishwasher and is backed by a 5-year warranty from Zyliss.
